Open Farm srl & Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano as part of a supply chain to create and share the value "from forage to cheese". From the north to the south of the Po Delta area, we travel along the land, through its water, its alfalfa crops that give nourishment rich in properties to the animals, which then produce nutritious milk... until we reach our plates with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
