Last night, at the first tasting dinner of Project OPEN GUSTO, all of this mixed together nicely and the result was an opportunity of PURE EXCELLENCE.
The story of Placido Massella of @Mr Beefy was mind-blowing! Courage, initiative and TRUST.
The words of Telemaco Heba, a nutritionist who arrived directly from Turin, confirmed the thesis that WE ARE WHAT WE EAT and we must know what we introduce inside us.
The red thread held by Luigi Forte of @Open Farm/@Agricole Forte and Elisa Guizzo of @Di Gusto in Gusto touched many points:
- health
- transparency
- economic marginalization
- welfare
- SUSTAINABILITY
and much more.
And then there he was, Maurizio Spada, chef of @Pastis_official who seasoned the dishes of the diners with his mastery and his smile.

Last but not least, two last points of consideration:
1. LOOK AFTER EVERY BEING, we are like animals, and animals are like us.
2. WHAT SEEMS LIKE A DEFEAT CAN BECOME AN OPPORTUNITY.
